At Moddyco Watches, every watch is custom-modified and hand-assembled after an order is placed. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.
1. No Returns on Custom Products
All Moddyco watches are custom-made or modified specifically for each customer.
Therefore:

❌ Returns are not accepted once the product is delivered

❌ Refunds are not available for change of mind, dislike, or personal preference

❌ Exchanges are not permitted
This policy is in line with custom-made product regulations.
2. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund
A replacement or refund will be considered only in the following cases:
a) Manufacturing Defect

Internal movement malfunction

Non-functional watch on arrival (DOA)
b) Transit Damage

Physical damage caused during shipping
⚠️ The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos

Uncut unboxing video (mandatory)
Claims without proper proof will not be accepted.
3. What Is NOT Covered
The following are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:

Minor color or design variations due to customization

Normal wear and tear

Scratches after use

Water damage
-
Strap wear, battery depletion, or cosmetic aging

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

Delays caused by courier partners
4. Replacement Process
If your claim is approved:

We will arrange a replacement for the defective product

Replacement processing time: 7–10 business days

Replacement will be shipped after quality inspection
Replacement is the primary resolution. Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible.
5. Refund Process (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Refund timeline: 7–10 business days

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before production starts

Once customization or assembly begins, cancellation is not allowed

COD orders may be cancelled at our discretion
7. Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason:

The order will not be eligible for a refund

Re-shipping charges (if applicable) must be borne by the customer
8. Abuse & Fraud Prevention
Moddyco Watches reserves the right to:

Reject claims that show signs of misuse or fraud

Block future orders from repeat abusers
All decisions taken by Moddyco Watches regarding returns and refunds shall be final and binding.
