“Customer”, “you”, “user” refers to any person accessing or purchasing from our website.
“Products” refer to custom-modified watches sold by Moddyco Watches.

 

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law

 

3. Product Information & Customization

  • All Moddyco watches are custom-modified and hand-assembled.

  • Minor variations in color, finish, or design may occur due to the nature of customization and craftsmanship.

  • Product images are for reference purposes only and may vary slightly from the final product.

Such variations shall not be considered defects.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.

  • Moddyco Watches is not responsible for payment failures caused by gateway or banking issues.

 

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

  • Once an order enters production or customization, cancellation is not permitted.

  • Moddyco Watches reserves the right to cancel any order in case of:

    • Suspected fraud

    • Incorrect pricing or product information

    • Unavailability of materials

In such cases, a full refund will be issued

 

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Order processing time: 3–7 business days

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier service and location.

  • Moddyco Watches is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or force majeure events.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products:

  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted once the order is delivered.

  • Refunds or replacements are applicable only in case of manufacturing defects or transit damage, reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video evidence.

  • Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, water damage, or misuse are not covered.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

  • Warranty (if applicable) is limited to manufacturing defects only.

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or external factors is not covered.

  • Battery, strap, and cosmetic wear are excluded unless stated otherwise.

 

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including logos, designs, images, text, and branding, is the exclusive property of Moddyco Watches.
